Join Journey Together for an immersive 9D Breathwork experience designed to support deep emotional release, expanded awareness, and connection with parts of yourself that can be difficult to access in everyday consciousness.
About the Journey:
This 9DMT Breathwork journey combines intentional breathing with multidimensional sound and guided audio to create a powerful, substance-free altered-state experience. Inspired by ceremonial traditions and contemporary practices, it invites you to move beyond familiar thought patterns and explore deeper layers of emotion, memory, and self-awareness. It is ideal for anyone feeling called to release old stories, reconnect with their inner world, or enter a new chapter with clarity—unfolding entirely through your own breath.
About the Facilitator:
Diagnosed with PTSD at age 36 following a childhood marked by trauma and loss, Belle embarked on a transformative healing journey using modalities like EMDR, somatic yoga, and equine therapy to reconnect her body, mind, and spirit. When faced with a breast cancer diagnosis at age 51, she drew upon this cultivated inner wisdom to navigate her recovery naturally through holistic elements, detoxification, and deep self-trust. Today, as a cancer survivor, Master Facilitator Equus Coach, and 9D Breathwork Facilitator, Belle empowers clients to trust their own inner guidance and find their way back home to themselves.

Things to know
There will be meditation cushions and yoga mats on the floor for seating, but if you can’t sit on the floor for long period of time, consider bringing a folding chair or backjack.
DO NOT BE LATE. Our events have an intentional opening, so late comers will not be able to join once we have started. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to park, hit traffic, or settle into your spot in the circle.
